Recognition doesnt work for me...

I carefully trained about 10 key contacts, with three samples each, following the guidelines in the manual. It gets less than 1 in 8 right. I was careful not to use sound-alike names, and to use multi-syllable names, to make it easy on the software. I have a pretty standard American media accent (although I suspect this should not matter anyway). At this stage in its development it is completely useless to me. Since I had to pay for it to try it, I certainly hope they get it right eventually.
