Awful recognition, very poor program

At first I was glad about this voice tag program. However, after several days and many attempts at putting voice tags [multiple times as suggested] for just SEVEN phone numbers, the recognition is no better than random access. It has not gotten anything correct either at home, in the office or in the car for the last three days. Not worth the $2.00 charged. This is my first review of any app or product and was only motivated by my disappointment. I have no idea why others have posted good results as I have done everything suggested in the manual that is with the program, several times, with no improvement of the success rate.
